"Tidy Culdesac"
Less than 2 km's to Mowbray town centre (aproximately 4 minutes drive) is Betsy Street. Well presented street with a great neighbourly spirit. One block from a main road (Vermont Road) but far enough away to not be able to hear the road noise. There is a bus stop with in walking distance of the street. Roughly 6 km's to the Launceston CBD. Mowbray itself is home of the Australian Maritime College, university along with local primary and secondary schools, docotor surgery, supermarkets and more. Busy little town with a great feel.
