""Beautiful, beautiful North Avoca""
Great Street. Bush on one side, Oceanviews on the other. The afternoon sea breeze in summer is just wonderful! The bellbirds are delightful. Lots of trees and greenery and the area has kept it's original feel. It remains unspoiled.
Most suprising, has been the lack of flies and mosquitos. They are quite rare.
Buses run up Bradleys Road in the mornings and afternoons on the hour (approx) and meet the trains to and from Sydney (via Erina Fair.)
The area is beautiful- very quiet and peaceful and yet so close and central to everything including Terrigal and Erina. Neighbours are friendly and respectful.
North Avoca Beach is a lot quieter than Terrigal and Avoca in the Tourist season. Good area to invest in for resale.Property seems to really hold its value.
North Avoca is the Coasts best kept secret!
