A small street, with friendly neighbours, as long as you don't expect "middle class" types. People know each other here, its quiet, and very safe. In a cul-de-sac location where the kids can play on the street safely, with a park just around the corner. Seaforth train station is less than a minute's walk away through a path at the end of the street. Very nice.
