We are looking at moving to the gold coast and can't help but notice the cheaper property prices in the pocket of Burleigh Heads near Boral.
Wonga Street etc all around there.
Does anyone live or has lived in this area and could give an insight on what/if there are any impacts of living so close to the Quarry?
