Jsut a few days ago news reported on the closure of a child care center in Keilor Downs which is in the neighboring suburb, which created an uproar as their is a big demand for child centers.
The area has a lot of young families and there is always going to be good demand for affordable child care.

Delfin have actually moved out of Caroline Springs. As Caroline Springs is fully developed and the only land on offer would be re sales from existing vendors.

Thankyou for your response Vince. I am actually looking to buy a property in Melbourne West. PC seems to have major traffic issues, we are therefore considering CS. We also wanted to invest in a business in childcare space in CS and therefore wanted to get a view if there is still room for new facilities in CS and around. OR is the area saturated. Any further inputs would be greatly appreciated.
