Where is the closest bike track to Chermside?

I live near Chermside pool and cycle from Chermside to Fortitude Valley for work most days. There's a cycle path that rums from the pool south down Kingsmill st, through Burnie Bray park, and via streets down to Shaw Rd park. From Shaw Rd park you can join the main off road west to east cycle path (from Mitchelton in the west to Nudgee in the east) or continue almost directly south to the city coming out near the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
