"Nice cul de sac with working class families..close to everything"
It's nice and quiet street... Not much traffic or noise, as it is off the road... Yet close to shopping center, schools, and bus stops nearby...also has a small park for small kids... Lot of things arround.... Leisure Center....water park for kids... International TAFE , gym, sports center ..all at walking distance. ..

"Quiet cul-de-sac, with friendly multicultural neighbors, close to everything."
It's a dead end street of the main road, with only a dozen houses, quiet and peaceful.
Has a small park for small kids. Walking distance to shopping center, and 3 schools!
Swimming center nearby, and 24 hours gym and restaurants only few minutes walk away.
Except one house, all others are working people with jobs and families.
The house prices are going up sharp after all the housing commission houses got sold to private buyers few years ago.
