"Located between two prominent streets in Glen Iris"
Cole Avenue, Linking Howard Street & Kerferd Road, offers a well-established area and meticulously maintained feel. Filled with traditional homes. It has to be said that Cole Street doesn’t field many property address’, as most properties face Britten, Bourne, Howard of Kerferd. This means that the street is very quiet and subtle. Close to all the amenities that you would expect, Cole Avenue is the perfect place to raise the family.
