Flowerdale Rd is a super friendly, family street. It's treelined, with lovely houses and gardens, a quiet traffic street where my kids know all the neighbours and can head out to ride their bikes and scooters. Around the corner is the bike / walking track and a BMX park which is great for kids and adults alike. We can walk to the wonderful Ashburton shopping centre for all our fresh food shopping and cafes. We can also walk to two train stations and be on the motorway within 2 minutes. There are regular get togethers in the street and new neighbours are always warmly welcomed. We are less than 10 mins to Chadstone shopping centre and there are plenty of local kindgergartens and schools, plus we are central to many of Melbourne's private schools.
