Reviews of Comer Street, Brighton East
"13 Apartments friendly neighbours."
The great part of living in Comer St is that our apartment over looks the golf course. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and talking to the golfers is a great way to pass the time. Living a short distance from Dendy Beach with the walking trail along the bay is a great way to exercise.
Shopping in Church St, Hampton St, or South land Shopping Mall you are spoiled for choice.

"Golf Course, Schools and close to Brighton"
Comer Street links Dendy Street and South Rd which means from this street you can have access to St.Leonards, Haileybury on South Rd and Brighton Secondary School on Dendy Street. Part of the street backs onto the Golf Course therefore you can buy some lovely homes with beautiful views. Block sizes are quite generous, and you can find blocks on over 1,000m2. There is one apartment block on the corner of Comer Street with only 13 apartments. Some of these have views over the Golf Course. Typically you'll find stand alone homes and some town residences. It's very convenient and people love living here!

"Great neighbours, friendly bunch and even an annual street party!"
Neighbours look out for each other, very civil minded and the street is safe, low traffic, low noise and right next to the golf course, what's not to like!
