Reviews of Commercial Road, Seaford Rise
"Affordable Opportunity to Buy into a strong growth suburb"
Commercial road is a main thoroughfare with a high volume of traffic ,particularly at peak times. The blocks are on average around 750-800m2 with 16m wide frontages.Much of the housing was constructed in the 1970's -1980's. It is elevated in many spots above the adjoining properties at the rear. The blocks typically run East/West. The pricing is generally much lower due to the overall age of the average dwelling and because of the perceived negative effect of the traffic. This is what makes it an affordable option to buy into a great beach suburb at a lower price. It is also what attracts investors & developers. The blocks have sufficient area & frontage to build multiple dwellings, the elevations to the rear often lead to a coastal view from a second level. As the area matures and develops from the waterfront back ,sit back and enjoy the ride! The people are friendly, the new shopping centre is great and the beach itself is fantastic.

"Main road hastle"
This road is a busy stretch of road, at any given time of the week focusing particularly on the weekends; every car, man and his woman speed down this road. Transport i.e. buses are very frequent however early in the morning, when time comes to drop the children at school, Commercial Road is very difficult to enter.
1 min 27 seconds to Moana beach, close to shops, schools, transport and parks.
