"Great spot, close to everything"
This is a beautiful street within a short walk of everything you could want (cafes and shops, train station, parks and ovals, etc). Close to great schools (Knox, Abbotsleigh and the Bush School). Stop signs at all intersections mean it is not a thoroughfare like other roads in the area. A lovely, quiet spot to bring up a family.

Looking for a home in Coonanbarra Road?
"Love the cafe near the station here."
The Coonabarra Cafe opposite the park is really good (I admit I'm biased as I know someone who used to work here so I may have received special treatment when being served). The food was great through and being off the main street made it easier as well.
