Where to live in Cronulla with a newborn?

Hi we're moving to cronulla from canberra for hubby's work. We are 33 with a newborn baby, where is a good place to start looking for apartments (away from noisy pub goers and pi$$heads?!)

Have no idea of what areas are good or what to avoid!
