Hi Catherinee,
There's a link to current NRAS properties in Queensland on this website: https://www.dss.gov.au/our-responsibilities/housing-support/programs-services/national-rental-affordability-scheme/nras-tenancy-managers#qld
Im not sure if any are pet friendly but the Estate Agents details are on the page with the listing so you could always enquire about specific properties
I hope this helps :)

Hi catherinee
As per my knowledege 67% of Australian homes are occupied by the owner, with 32% being rented. These owner-occupied homes represent huge investments made by ambitious Australians hoping to get the most out of the real estate market. buyers agent gold coast

How many more years are left on your NRAS rentals? AND, how much will the rents go up? I'm on an aged pension, I can't afford an increase. What do we do? Shoot ourselves?
