Leafy street of Berri with well established homes. Central location in the town not far from CBD and Riverland Plaza shopping complex. Easy walking distance to most facilities with upper Derrick Street being a 5 minute walk to Medical facilities, including Riverland Reginal Hospital, Medical Clinic and dentist facilities.
