"Perfect place to raise a family."
Have lived in the street for nearly 30 years and have been very happy with the availability of all amenities close by. Public transport is second to none and a very short stroll away. Being located in the heart of 4 arterial roads makes leaving the suburb very easy in any direction. 13 Klms to the CBD means a 20 minute bus ride to the city. Macquarie University is also close by. This is a perfect location the live.

Eastview ave north ryde is very popular st, close to all,banks,shoppings bus,uni,train stations,by walk,nice and quiet street, soon will be very expensive to buy properties in this street, all size of lands and houses
