"Great Family Living"
Edulis Avenue is in Aubin Grove which is a new suburb, bright, fresh and stylish. A new primary school is being built within walking distance. There is a lovely park in Edulis Avenue where children can play safely. New shops are nearly complete, only two streets away. A new Medical Centre opened a few weeks ago in nearby Lyon Road. Great access to Perth City, Beautiful beaches and Shopping Centres. All round central location. A number of very stylish homes. I would highly recommend living in Edulis Avenue.
