"Cool little hidden nook of preston"

Great for

  • Pho Liem cheap and delicious
  • Really quiet
  • Eat vietnamese, get a tattoo, do some yoga and buy some mix lollies from the milkbar

Not great for

  • Architect firm has opened recently who has a lot of people who park all day in street
  • People use it as a shortcut between gower and albert
  • Could do with a cool cafe in the shops part
