I'm often in Findon working and I think it is a great area for young families. It is in close proximity to the beach, cbd, local public and private schools, daycare on Grange Road, QEH hospital and lots of local shopping centres. And it is affordable in comparison to some of the areas that surround it, which is something that most young families are looking for.
