We’ve lived in this spot for 11 years and it’s safe, quiet, has great walks and is only a 10 minute walk to the sea where there is a lovely park with outdoor bbq facilities, bmx tracks , soccer field , toilets and bush walks
There are a few handy services on the estate like a new 711 now, a doctors surgery and chemist , plus a few more shops in the pipe line in progress at the moment, but you don’t feel like you have those in walking distance as it’s so quiet and tranquil in this spot
We often get wild hares and wallabies on our front lawn and I see them when I walk to the near by gym, Jetts which is only a 20 minute walk on walking paths.
Its a very safe and quiet area and handy to Iga also which is next to Jetts
