Gaylard is a cresent were people want to live, and locals like walking thru, gazing at the huge houses on the high side of the street. The locals are great, hardly any rentals, mostly middle aged and older people. Quality folks with similar desire to keep this great address at the top of Redwood Parks list, "The Dress Circle as most say" and the envy of other the streets. Deffinently is the best street in Redwood Park.

Amongst prestigious homes of the 80's. most of them were built like mini castles, doesn't seem to be much cracking in this part, unlike some other areas. They say you always buy the wosrt house in the best street, with Gaylard being no.1 you can't go wrong.Peacefull with great working class families and a good sense of community spirit. My 7 years in Gaylard Crs have been most enjoyable. It is a great location and central to everything we as a family need. The neighbours are geat has the street has a real sense of community.
