"Handy to everything without being disturbed !"
Quiet street, can wave to the neighbours. Has that 'old style' living where the kids still play outside. Convenient shopping, a short drive shops, uni, new hospital, schools, but far enough away that none of them disturb you. A leafy park well maintained by the council.
