Greenmeadow Road, Mansfield, QLD 4122

I've lived here since Feb 2006. It's a really great street with easy access to local shops and a Fitness First gym (walking distance) as well as Westfield Carindale (about 5 min max drive, 40 min walk).

An express bus to the city also runs along this street - which stops about in about five places along the street. From here it take about 10 minutes to reach the busway, then it zooms straight to the city. I'm lucky coz the inbound stop is just across the road of my house - which really handy when I'm running late! :)

It's also an easy commute to if you are studying - after 8am, there are buses along this street stop that stop at Griffith University Nathan / Mt Gravatt Campuses. There is also a bus on Creek Road that can drop you to the Moreton Institute of TAFE, which is just a few blocks away (could even walk it if your keen - probably about 30 min walk).

There's a great big park with bike paths, walking trails, BBQ facilities and playground about a block off this street (see map - it's a huge park!). I've enjoyed many a ride around there with my spouse. There's even a part where you can go off-road a bit if you have a mountain-bike or hybrid. Lots of fun!

I'm gonna miss this street (we're moving at the end of the Sept 2007, just bought in Springwood). It's one of my favourite streets in Brisbane (I moved around a lot when at uni, all over south-side including Nathan, Wishart, Robertson, Coopers Plains, Macgregor, Eight Mile Plains, Greenslopes). Highly recommended, and if we could afford to, we would have bought a house on this street and stayed here :-)
