"Hill Street - Reaching for the High Plains of Manunda"
Hill Street is a quiet street in the heart of Manunda just 5 minutes from the CBD. Rising to an altitude of RL3.5m (at its highest) it towers above the lower lying areas of the CBD.
People are generally friendly and this part of Manunda doesn’t seem to suffer from the same crime as areas east of Anderson Road.
The one negative that I can think of is the weekly invasion of crazed soccer mums (and dads) driving pretentious 4wd’s that never leave the bitumen. They seem to think it is their god given right to speed down Hill street to get to the nearby soccer grounds for their Saturday soccer matches.
