Best position in Mornington - the houses are huge and elevated with great views of the sea and to Melbourne in the distance.

"On the Beach"
Regarded as one of Mornington's best streets
Many properties have expansive bay and harbour views.
Road is unmade which encourages privacy but is a pain for locals , most of whom drive really nice cars
Close to cafe's at mornington's main street
Mills Beach is one of the best regarded in the area and is in easy walking distance
