Lansell Rd, Toorak, VIC 3142

This is a beautiful street and is sure to impress. It is not noisy at all, and neither are the neighbors. The neighbors are however, distant in their manner and terribly worried about everything you do - they want things done in just one way, every time. I became a bit sick of being supervised really. I didn't do anything that ever upset anyone, but I always felt worried about it and therefore found life there somewhat more stressful than it should have been. I must admit I don't like the "big brother is watching" aspect of the street.

Lansell Road Toorak is a beautiful wide tree-lined street located off Toorak Road, just past Toorak Village. In my opinion, it is the best street in Melbourne if not Australia. I have lived in the street for nearly 5 years and it is the best place I have ever lived and as such I never plan to sell!

The street is very peaceful and quiet and does not experience a huge amount of traffic, especially down the end past the St Georges Road roundabout. It is close to public transport - Toorak Road for trams or Heyington train station for trains which will deliver you to the City within minutes. Furthermore, it provides quick access to CityLink for travel to the airport. It also has some of the best private schools within walking distance.

Toorak Village is located close by which has all the essentials such as supermarket, banks, chemists, post office, restaurants and of course some great clothing boutiques.

So whether you are looking to live in a house or one of the more established apartment buildings, I would highly recommend Lansell Road. Yes, property prices are expensive, but for good reason!
