"Good Location"
Lumsden Avenue is located in walking distance to St Agnes Medical Centre and St Agnes Shopping Centre.
The Street itself is nothing special, apart from a couple of newer houses.
It is walking distance to Ridgehaven Primary School and there is a pretty average park on the street with a pretty average playground on it, I dont think I have ever seen anyone playing there.
There is a fair bit of traffic on Lumsden Avenue and the odd person that goes speeding by. I would not feel safe having kids playing out the front incase they went on the road.
Overall I would not recommend Lumsden Avenue to elderly people or families with children.
