As it is close to Mawson Central West, the residents will benefit greatly once the commercial & retail sector is complete with the Pizza Bar, cafes & the specialty shops due for completion shortly. Located just a short walk to Mawson Lakes Transport Hub is handy if you work or study in the CBD. This Avenue has a mixture of quality single and 2-storey homes, there is also a small park on the street.
