"Fantastic Gated Estate on water"
In my opinion The Peninsula is a very rare type of property. Situated on the canal to one side and Saltwater Creek on the other, properties in this area are in a unique position indeed. This street enjoys the benefit of a well equipped recreation centre. 25m heated pool, gym, bbq faculities and tennis court.
Fantastic area that attracts premium prices.

"A really really nice to place to live"
The Peninsula residents enjoy a lake to the south, and a natural river to the north with never to be built out views across the water to parkland of Hope Island Resort.
As the developer did not sell or retain management rights, the body corp fees are ridiculously low and include access to the 25 metre heated pool, tennis court and really well equiped gym.
These superb facilities are a great meeting place for locals.
There's local shops, restuarants & childcare, you can breakfast by boat at Sanctuary Cove. Conveniently located only 20 minutes to the beach in Surfers and 40 minutes to Brisbane.
