"Island living!"
Toukley peninsula is surrounded by lakes and gives the feeling of living on an island.I have lived here for 20 years and made lifelong friends through my many neighbours.The shops in Toukley have a lovely, village atmosphere.
The nearest sandy, lakeside beach called Canton has been recently upgraded by Wyong Council with new playsets and swings,BBQ area and seats.With its spectacular views of Tuggerah lakes it is an ideal spot for families to spend time.
Canton also has approval for 2,3 and 4 storey dwellings which would be ideal for developers to invest in for tourist motels, cafes and restaurants.

"Toukley is a sleeping giant"
Shops with Coles a proposed Franklins & Aldi, shops ranging from hair dressers to boutiques. Toukley is quite cheap considering we have some of the best beach's and we are surrounded by Tuggerah Lake & Budgiewoi Lake. If you are into fishing, surfing, boating, scuba diving or any other water activities this is the place to buy. We have beautiful Canton Beach great for family BBQ's and there are proposed cafe's to be built, this area is growing and we have under 9000 residents living here in Toukley, Canton Beach. Noraville & Norah Head. We are close to Sydney & Newcastle and we offer so much for the keen investor to add their personal touch & help with the growth of the area.
