Parts of Heatherdale are very quiet and neighbourly. On the main Streets they are more industrial, but you are still very close to the train station, EastLink and the newly renovated Eastland.
Rental wise tenants love Heatherdale for the above reasons and investors tend to get a good return.

Yes.
Whilst Heatherdale Road itself is industrial and busy, the surrounding streets are filled with families.
There are good schools and heaps of parks.
