Hi Catherine,
I highly recommend Le Private Chef for all your catering needs in Sydney. They cater for private and corporate events, and their food is delish!
They are actually running a Christmas party special, so maybe check. And I know that if you're after something more specific you can just send them a request and they will help creating a bespoke menu for your event. The team is lovely.
