Reviews of Oliver Street, Nundah
"Moved away from nundah and am now moving back!!!!"
just bought a unit on oliver street and cannot wait to be part of the nundah community again. I moved away from nundah a year ago to rent in another area of Brisbane and it just was not up to scratch in terms off access to the city and shopping complexes. glad to be back

"Great for Entertaining! City and Port Views are Breathtaking!"
The neighbourhood is very friendly and filled with families as it is located in close proximity to 3 schools. There are a number of parks located nearby.
Public transport at Oliver street is good, buses are constantly heading to and from the City, however the best source of transport is Nundah Train Station. This station lies on 3 train lines, even if you didn't know when a train was coming, you would only have to wait 5-10 minutes and an almost empty train will pull up. It only takes 15 minutes from Nundah to the City via the train. This is very reliable a great source of transport, and only a quick 5 minute walk away from the unit.
For those who do not like cooking all the time, Nundah has a number of great restaurants that will make you come back for more (i.e. Cortina's Italian).
A number of doctors, dermatologists, osteopaths and nutritionists are located at the Cnr of Sandgate and Oliver street, and Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Hospitals is only a 5 minute drive away up Rode Road.
As the Nundah telephone exchange is located clos by, the internet and phone connections are next to perfect, and ADSL2 speeds are incredible.
