"210 Pacific Highway Coffs Harbour"
Also known as Limetree Park, this is a park for relocatable houses and people over fifty years of age. A few areas are nicely spaced but the majority is crowded and noise is a problem.
A married couple living on site manages the park. There have been numerous conflicts between residents and the management/owner. The numerous park rules are not consistently applied to everyone and this has caused a lot of angst.
Think twice about buying one of the many homes currently for sale. There are other parks in the Coffs area that are more attractive, affordable and run professionally.
