Median house price 3 bed, 1 bath

Median would now be a lot higher for a house on a block of land. I'll take a punt at between $900-$1600k. I know because I live here ( in a townhouse !).

If you are looking around in Parkdale the median is $825,000 for buying and $523 a week for renting. If you are looking anywhere else I suggest a little further out for cheaper pricing.
