Reviews of Parkhaven Close, Coes Creek
"Lovely place to live if you don't value your privacy and like the sound of trains and dog barking constantly. Only 5 minutes drive to Nambour, which has all services. Hilly with lovely views over Nambour."
Pretty little cul-de-sac with up market homes. Neighbours mainly stick to themselves, but wave when sighted. Hilly area with homes overlooking each other, therefore lack of privacy. Home values have elevated and some overpriced. Nowhere to walk dogs, apart from busy streets. Nice garden nursery closeby. Too far to walk into nearest town, which is Nambour. A car or two is absolutely necessary, as the public transport is almost non-existent. Pretty views over paddocks towards Nambour Hospital and town. Little creek runs by near the small park at the bottom of Parkhaven. Train line over the back, therefore noisy overnight, due to goods being transported up north. Rather hot in summer, but slightly cooler than Nambour, which is in a hollow. Funny sort of a place, kind of no-man's land.
