"Bondi NSW"
I moved to Bondi NSW 3 years ago. Being in Sydney's exclusive Eastern Suburbs. I adapted to the lifestyle and beach almost immediatly. Great place to raise a family and great place to surf being walking distance from the famous Bondi Beach.

Well positioned between famous Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction we have found Penkivil St. perfect as a couple with our first child. Once you have parked for the weekend, everything is within walking distance. Kemmeny's is a local favourite as well as a growing collection of eateries on Bondi Rd. Its far enough away from the bustle of Bondi during the summer periods.

"Well know Street in middle Bondi"
Penkivil Street is a main road that joins Old South Head Rd to Bondi Road. It is popular with a lot of retirees down-scalling from larger houses (close to Bondi Road shopping, public transport) and many investors own properties as it's fairly easy to rent out.
