If talking about Perth Tasmania, I would imagine the locals in any street wouldn't be all that keen on street parties. Perth is a quiet little town about 15 minutes out of Launceston which generally opens at 7 in the morning through to 6 at night. Great town to visit and people which I have sold homes to in the area love the serenity of the town.
