"Best street in Springwood"
Love living on Picnic Glen. Tucked behind the Main Street it’s a five min walk from the train station and the best cafes in Springwood, but it’s very peaceful and treelined. It gets bonus points for all electricity lines underground! It’s a happy spot to live with lovely neighbours — which is why it’s tightly held!

"A permanent holiday location"
A great quiet cul-de-sac, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and shops. Great for the kids to play on the street. Backs on to the bush with access to Blue Mtns National Park. East aspect thereby avoiding the severe fire risks evident in parts of the Blue Mountains.
