What is Jaxon terrace like? Is it a nice area to live?

Jaxson Tce is in the Hawthorne Woods estate, it does get a little bit of freeway noise but its an up and coming estate with plenty of potential. Most of the people we deal with that live in there seem pretty happy with that location. Public transport and school options are good.

To close to freeway and noise of traffic
best area is on other side of freeway closer to the Golf course, shops schools etc
Try Cox Road/Perger street area

Jaxson Terrace is in a good location. We looked at some houses over there (we ended up the other side of the motorway). It is really close to the motorway, yet traffic noise seemed minimal. The area is serviced by a local bus going Coomera & Ormeau train stations, and a school bus comes through the area for the high school (towards Gainsborough Greens) and Pimpama State School - which is a great school (its much better than our previous school).

We've been here going on 18months. It's generally a quiet area.
