Is Plumpton a good area for investment or not in terms of buying a house there?

Hi, I have reviewed the history of property market in Plumtoy. That shows there was barely increase in house price. Even now, when the property market is booming, there is no many inspectors comming to open houses in Plumpton. Is there a specific reason behind that? Is there an infrastructure plan for this area?

As a Local Agent working close and often servicing Plumpton and the 2761 postcode i can say Plumpton is a great place to invest and live in.

our property management team services many homes in the Plumpton area with some of our owners having multiple properties in their portfolio

Personally our open homes seemed to have a great turn out during the boom but there are many factors that go with that
