How difficult is it to find work in Proserpine or the surrounding areas?
I'm looking at moving to Proserpine in the new year due to some unfortunate circumstances and I was wondering how difficult it will be for me to find work there? I have experience with retail, hospitality, finance, and cleaning, and would like to be able to step into a job once I've moved there.

Hi Courtney, I didn't find it difficult at all, Proserpine is a lovely town and I am glad I moved here. I have nothing but praise for the friendly residents and great lifestyle it offers. I would look at employers like the Proserpine Nursing Home, the newly opened St Catherine's College on Renwick Road, at the local Woolworths and there are businesses like Rogers Goldman, Smith & Co, Herron Todd White you could try. If you have experience your journey should be easy and I wish you the best of luck with your move to our town.
