Pullman, particularly Pullman south of 111th street is extremely safe. If you're visiting,, you'll stop by the Visitor Center south of 111th, and most events like House Tour, Christmas Walk and general tours of the area are held on the south end. I live in Pullman and know what I'm talking about.

I would not call Pullman a safe neighborhood. I'm not saying it's the most dangerous place in the world to live, but it's not the safest and you should do you best to find better areas.

There are isolated parts of Pullman with a higher crime rate than the city average, but there are also safe parts of the neighborhood.
