I love this street! I researched for 8 months before buying here. I love the peace and quiete and also the friendly neighbours that keep to themselves. Its great having the bus stop at the end of the street and being walking distance to the Clock Tower shops on Olsen Ave & Central St.

There's great schools in the area and it feels very safe - great for families.

LOTS HAPPENING - There's the new hospital going in behind Grifith Uni and that's bringing 17,800 jobs to the area which will place pressure on homes and will eventually drive prices up.

The Rapid Transit Route stage 2 will be from Grifith Uni down Olsen Ave, past Harbourtown Shopping Centre and will end at the Helensvale Train Station and houses in this area (our house) are likely to benefit somewhere between 15-20% growth.
