"All in All you will not get a better suburb 10km from town for this price."
I live in Prospect, and have lived all around Adelaide. This quiet little area is a place to be because it is surrounded by expensive areas and they are knocking down all of the housing trust houses slowly to build nice new places. Therefore it is a good area to buy and watch your money grow.
When I lived there I noticed it was quiet, there were 3 large shopping centers within 5 minutes, busses were good, and my neighbors were nice.

"Close to city, but quiet and peaceful."
Lived in Greenacres for 10 years and love it. So close to the city but surrounded by lovely parks and people. Shops are nearby and public transport right at your doorstep. Great place to raise a family.

I agree its pretty cool area, but slowly being rebuilt?? Its the most rapid regentrification area in South Australia.
