"Quiet and modern"
Overall this is a great street.
The Telstra mobile reception is very poor though (although Optus is fine).
Lack of cable internet is annoying and ADSL can drop out from time to time.
Very quiet though (I used to live in Richmond), except for Sunday mornings when the market across the road gets busy and creates a few traffic hassels.
