"Quaint street in friendly area"
Ross Street is a lovely little street in a nice part of tree lined Mitcham.
You'll be only 5 minutes work to Rangeview shops (try Two brothers cafe its great!) and some great local parks.
Lots of old school charm and character make this a popular street/area.
Rental wise (I'm a Property Manager in Mitcham) it is popular with tenants and depending on size it should achieve a decent rental return.
