We have been living in Rural View for the past three years. It is a quiet upper/middle class area that is close to a few good schools and very conveniently close to a new shopping center. There is also a big new housing development going up in the area. As with any other place you stay you will get good and bad neighbors, it depends on you what you make of the community.
