A street that shows that the locals take pride in their homes.Close to some good parks and just around the corner from shops, schools and a great continental deli.

This street is really on the cusp of Balcatta but to look at, this is a very new, very polished estate, very "stirling". The people are friendly and very neighbourly, actually, we are amazed by how nice and friendly they are. It is a mostly owner-occupied estate.

Nearby is Gwellup or Warwick Shopping Centre or Karrinyup. This street is convenient for public transport, either bus or train. Our nickname for our street is "pleasantville". This was our impression since day one and it remains to this day. Everyone minds their own business but if you need anything they will always help you. There is probably one house in the estate that has the odd 11pm finish time of a bbq (not often) and the next street over the same. This is really minimal and not an issue. I would not even notice this normally if this wasn't such a quiet street!

A lot of people walk their dogs at night and stop for a chat along the way / at parks with other dog lovers or families with kids in the park. The local council offers us a security phone line and I'm told if we had need to call police, they'd be here faster. It's comforting but it's not really the sort of thing we'd expect to need here.
