Silvan Walk, Taylors Hill, VIC 3037

Only 4 waterfront houses on this street.No opposite houses, park,private school,bus stop only few steps. Very quiet,safe and clean street.What else could we like to ask for....?

Not very convienant as Taylors road is busy and blocked in the mornings drop kids, going to work etc,
big drive to station,bus stop nearby, private school Gilson college near by.Problem is too many mosquitos around due dirty water creek in front and Mosquitos breeding and cnnot keep the doors open.Good looking houses around but nightmare start when you start living those houses.stay at a friends place in the near before you buy.
